Walmart’s Delivery Platform GoLocal Names Rina Hurst VP
Rina Hurst has been named the new vice president of GoLocal, Walmart’s delivery service platform. She will be overseeing the platform’s strategic direction, operations, and general management, scaling the business and expanding delivery capabilities to meet evolving fulfillment needs.
Hurst joins Walmart from Shipt, where she was chief business officer, responsible for strategic retail, brand, and innovation partnerships. She helped expand the company’s delivery footprint and optimized order volume. Prior to that, Hurst worked with Target for 10 years across several merchandising and business partnership roles.
Jennifer McKeehan, senior vice president, end-to-end delivery, Walmart U.S. said Hurst brings extensive last-mile and delivery experience, along with a track record of building strategic partnerships and accelerating growth.

Hurst said the delivery space is constantly evolving and looks forward to leading the next chapter for Walmart GoLocal, expanding its capabilities and building new relationships with retailers.
Walmart has invested significantly in its delivery offerings, giving retail clients access to its pickup and delivery technologies through a partnership with Salesforce earlier this year. The company launched delivery as a service in 2021, adding The Home Depot to its roster. It currently supports millions of deliveries for retailers across more than 18,000 U.S. zip codes.
