Nordstrom knows that salespeople should be as loyal to the brand as its customers. That's why it's putting great effort into finding the right salespeople, going so far as to wrap the exterior of its soon-to-open men’s store with larger-than-life “Help Wanted” banners that feature clever job descriptions such as “Desperately Seeking Sock Svengali."
