BJ’s Brings On New Analytics Executive VP

Paul Cichocki has been named executive vice president, membership, analytics and business transformation at BJ’s Wholesale Club.

Cichocki will be responsible for the company’s membership, marketing and analytics organizations. He’ll report to BJ’s president and CEO Lee Delaney.

Prior to joining BJ’s, Cichocki was a partner in the Boston office of Bain & Company, during which he advised clients on performance improvement and business transformation across such industries as retail, consumer products, financial services and food and beverage.

Before Bain in 1997, he served as an operating manager for Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo.

Westborough, MA-based BJ's operates 218 warehouse clubs and 145 BJ's Gas locations in 17 states.
